It's a pretty sandboxy game though; there's not a lot of direction or goals (there's a "career mode" where the goal is basically "unlock the tech tree" but I find it a little too grindy to be very interesting). But if you think you'd like sandbox simulation games, it's one of the best I've ever seen.
